The building, located at 6358 Montessouri St Bldg 2 in Las Vegas, is a 6,090 square foot tenant building. The Larkin Industrial Group generated multiple offers enabling them to find an end-user for top dollar. The Larkin Group also negotiated the seller relocation timing and coordinate the sale with two other seller dispositions.
