Meeja McAllister, Investment Specialist at NAI Excel is thrilled to announce the Lease of a Downtown Office building to the City of St. George.

McAllister was exclusively retained by the owner of the former Division of IHC Medical Office Building at 320 E 600 S in St. George (just north of Dixie High School) to Lease and sell the 10,000 square foot building.

McAllister worked with several clients to find an appropriate use option for the building without having to divide the space into multiple spaces.

“Upon hearing that the City of St. George was going to be completing a remodel on their current offices, I was contacted by Marc Mortensen, Support Services Director at the City of St. George  to see if this property could accommodate the various divisions of the City.” McAllister Stated. “There is not a large selection of vacant offices with the amount of square feet and already built out offices that the City needed in order to have the least amount of impact on the City Employees.”

The Result, the City of St. George found this particular office building met their criteria. McAllister successfully negotiated great lease terms between the Owner and the City of St. George.

McAllister also has the building available for sale making this a great investment property for investors with a steady tenant.

Meeja is a commercial real estate specialist with NAI Excel where she specializes in industrial, office, and retail properties. Meeja began her real estate career in 2003 after moving to St. George and joining Jason Griffith as a real estate business partner. Since then, she has been involved in thousands of real estate transactions.

Meeja’s experience with commercial real estate development and construction began 11 years prior in 1992 where she worked as an inside sales representative for the Western region’s largest manufacturer representative of HVAC and air-distributing equipment. In that capacity, she attended and graduated from numerous manufacturer technical schools and was responsible for compiling large bids for general contractors to bid on multi-million dollar developments including the Conference Center in Salt Lake City. This sales and technical experience gave her a wealth of experience in working with clients and complicated transactions.
