Meeja McAllister of NAI Excel has been exclusively retained by Sun River to Lease the Proposed Sun River Commons Retail Center. The Sun River Commons is a planned Community Center to support the ever-growing Sun River Communities. Located on the East Side of Sun River Parkway and with I-15 visibility, this fabulous location will greatly influence Sun River who is working to entice local and national retailers to relocate from downtown St. George to the growing communities surrounding Sun River including areas such as Desert Color, Desert Plateau and others as well as locate traffic from I-15 being just off of Exit 2.

“Retailers and Offices are expanding their horizons from the middle of town to additional areas including Sun River. Meeja is a commercial real estate specialist with NAI Excel where she specializes in industrial, office, and retail properties. Meeja began her real estate career in 2003 after moving to St. George and joining Jason Griffith as a real estate business partner. Since then, she has been involved in thousands of real estate transactions. Meeja’s experience with commercial real estate development and construction began 11 years prior in 1992 where she worked as an inside sales representative for the Western region’s largest manufacturer representative of HVAC and air-distributing equipment.
