The Enterprise Business Journal recently published their rankings of the Top Commercial Real Estate Firms in Utah. The rankings were based on the combined sales and leasing volumes for 2011. In the #1 spot was NAI West Commercial Real Estate, which includes NAI Utah Southern Region, who posted a combined volume of $933 million from 1,772 transactions.
NAI Utah Southern Region posted a combined volume of $43.4 million, which, if ranked separately from NAI West, would have put it in the #5 position behind Mountain West Retail, an affiliate of NAI West.
