Holt Properties recently purchased the Desert Ridge Industrial building in the Fort Pierce Industrial Park. The facility is 44,000 SF and has never been occupied. The new owners will finish the facility and then relocate their business to the facility later this spring. Neil Walter, Managing Director at NAI Utah Southern Region represented Holt Properties in the transaction. Tom Callister and Travis Parry of Commerce Real Estate Solutions represented the Seller. Regarding the transaction, Neil Walter said “This is great news for the Fort Pierce Industrial Park, our industrial market, and our community.
