Chrysalis leases commercial office space of 1,155 SF in the Ventana Professional Park, 230 N. 1680 E. Suite L-2 in St. George. Chrysalis was established in Heber City, Utah in 1985 by Craig Carroll. Initially, the company was developed as a Sheltered Workshop that served the needs of 14 people. In 1987, the Company expanded its services by creating an eight-bed group home located in Midway, Utah, marking the beginning of their residential services.
The mission of Chrysalis is to make a difference daily by providing supports and opportunities for individuals with disabilities to live, work, and participate more fully in the community.
