XYZ Holdings signed a lease for the old Mentoring of America building at 94 S. Mall Dr. They will occupy 3,000+ sf of commercial office space. Some FF&E was included. XYZ assists many marketing and sales companies in customer support. Wes Davis of NAI Utah Southern Region was the representative for XYZ Holdings. Jason Griffith and Meeja McAllister of NAI Utah Southern Region were representatives for the landlord.
