Rise Services Inc is relocating its offices to 1192 W Sunset Boulevard next to L&R Designers. Mark Walter and Jon Walter represented the Landlord in the 4,500 SF lease. RISE is a nonprofit organization that specializes in home and community-based support services for children and adults with developmental and other disabilities, children with mental health challenges, and aging adults. With its growth in Southern Utah, RISE has experienced a need for a location that would accommodate both its administrative offices and its day program. The 4,500 SF location off the street has the right amenities, including a place for a garden and occasional barbeque, for the day program, and separate professional offices for administration.
