NAI Utah South sold a former 16,000 SF residential treatment center building on 2.4 acres to the City of St. George.  Located at 948 N 1300 West, city officials are planning to turn the building into an emergency shelter and support services to help citizens gain employment, training, and housing.  The building, which sold for $1,500,000, is in nearly as-is ready condition for the city to use.  City officials earlier stated that a new-construction opportunity they had considered would have cost $3 million.  Jason Griffith, Meeja McAllister, and Wes Davis with NAI Utah South represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.
