Background & Experience

My Nevada real estate career began in 1999 and has included both residential and commercial transactions throughout Henderson, Las Vegas and North Las Vegas.  I also was licensed in Arizona for over seven years and am familiar with the greater Phoenix area as well.   Learning is something I love, and I actively attend classes and meetings relevant to real estate education and local market trends.  I take great pride in helping clients with their real estate needs and strive to focus on my client’s goals.  Having repeat and long-term clients and building relationships is a very enjoyable part of my real estate career and during a transaction, my focus is on being detail oriented while consistently and proactively following -up.

I am a designated CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) and am also a Candidate member of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and have taken several CCIM related courses including CI 101 and CI 103. My Bachelor’s Degree is in Public Management from Northern Arizona University and I am actively pursuing accounting classes at both the University of Nevada Las Vegas and UC San Diego Extension.

Volunteering is a large part of my life and I enjoy mentoring at-risk youth and currently volunteer with Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada and have mentored high school students at CCSD through Reclaim Your Future.  Also, I have volunteered with the Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter on both their Programs and Community Caring Committees.  I am an avid animal lover and in addition to having pets of my own, I volunteered with Maricopa County Animal Care and Control in Phoenix, AZ through their mall adoption center.
