Edward Waldvogel

Edward has nearly 17 years of real estate experience. He started his career building homes, then transitioned into a commercial real estate agent and an asset manager before making his final step into real estate development. Edward has had the opportunity to work on a wide array of projects and with several different groups and companies. He has worked with national retail clients including Starbucks, Chipotle, Tractor Supply and Mattress Firm. Edward has developed projects in Utah, Idaho, Colorado, Wyoming, Washington, Oregon, Montana, and most recently North Carolina. Edward has experience in hospitality, office, medical, retail, industrial, multi-family, and master-planned communities. Edward thoroughly enjoys all aspects of real estate development. His understanding and knowledge are far-reaching, and he continues to love this exciting career choice.

Edward received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Utah State University. He then went on to receive his master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Utah.

Edward is a family man through and through. When he is not working, you will find him with his wife and four darling children. They all enjoy spending time at the lake on their boat, outdoor activities including baseball, tennis, football, golf, dance, etc., with four kids, there’s always a little bit of everything to enjoy! Growing up near LA, Edward’s heart is with the LA Dodgers. You will also find Edward on the golf course as often as he can. An early tee time is one thing he never turns down.
