Eric T Hatch

Eric is a commercial real estate investor and he enjoys assisting both the tenant and investor/buyer.

Eric began his real estate career by helping businesses sell and lease industrial buildings in Orange County, California.  He has worked in mortgage origination for 15 years. He had his NMLS in 14 states and originated 1st and 2nd mortgages.  He also has experience in the foreclosure processing industry working for Foreclosure Consultants Inc.  He purchased foreclosed real estate at an auction, then renovated and flipped it for a profit. Eric looks forward to helping customers find their ideal property to lease or own.  Eric has his real estate broker’s license in California and recently obtained a broker’s license in Utah.

Eric and his family moved to St. George from Yorba Linda, California in 2021.  He joined NAI Excel in 2022 where he hopes to use his experience in mortgage, foreclosure and industrial real estate brokerage, to assist commercial property owners and investors.

His favorite past-times in California were surfing and football. He is enjoying exploring St George with his wife and daughters playing sports and hiking.

Education:  Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Construction Management from BYU
