Jay Blacker joined NAI Excel as a Retail Specialist in 2019. He has experience in Retail, Office, Industrial, Land and Residential brokerage.
Background and Experience
Jay has been active in commercial real estate for over 20 years as an in-house representative for Owner/Developers in their existing and/or planned projects scattered across the United States.
With a passion for helping people and a proven track record for providing excellent customer service, he is willing to help satisfy the needs of all of his clients. He understands the importance of building relationships of trust with people to achieve satisfaction with all parties involved. Jay has built his career on expert in-depth market evaluations, demographic profiles, competitive analyses and site information essential to his client’s and prospect’s decision-making process.
Education
Jay earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University in Finance/International Business. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from Kansas State University.

Jay is a 20-year member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has served as the ICSC Mountain States (Utah/Idaho/Montana) Operations Chair and as a member of the ICSC Mountain States Idea Exchange Planning Committee for numerous years.
