Jennifer Rosario

Jennifer joined our team in August 2021 as an Assistant Property Manager, supporting Lori Rose-Alvarez with our portfolio. Jennifer has a range of experience over the last 30 years in retail, real estate, hotel sales/catering events, and most recently owned her own business for 12 years. She began as a receptionist/admin for a local commercial real estate company in San Antonio and because of her passion for tenants and building relationships, she naturally transitioned into Property Management and was promoted to Assistant Property Manager. Jennifer assisted in managing 3 class A buildings with a portfolio of over 350,000 square feet and is excited to now delve into the retail centers.
