John Lee

John brings more than eight years of commercial real estate experience to NAI, specializing in retail, hospitality, and multifamily sectors. With extensive knowledge in acquisition, disposition, and capital markets, he helps clients make disciplined real estate investments and uncover value through sound investment principles. Prior to joining NAI, John was a broker and equity partner at a local commercial firm founded in 1999.

John also has strong international business experience, having worked in the technology sector, both in the U.S. and internationally, where he oversaw product manufacturing and consulted several fortune 500 companies. His international business experience stems from his various foreign investments.

John holds a business degree with undergraduate honors, from the University of California, Riverside, and is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese. Outside of work, John is an avid EV technologist and enjoys traveling and spending time with the family.
