Juan Flores

A Certified Commercial Investment Member of the CCIM Institute, Juan Carlos Flores, CCIM, brings the expertise, tract record, and proficiency to navigate the dynamic Texas commercial real estate market.

Early in his career, he assisted private clients with residential portfolio investments.  As his expertise and business grew, he was drawn towards the commercial real estate market which better matched his strengths and skills.  Having worked with a variety of clients, from private investors, local businesses, and family offices from Latin America, Juan Carlos is a well-rounded real estate professional capable of handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and management of real estate for local and international clients.

Juan Carlos is a member of the International Investments Team, along with Ernest L. Brown IV, CCIM and Jorge Rodriguez, CCIM.  This team provides the highest level of service, satisfaction, and offer invaluable insights and guidance to both new and seasoned clients alike.
