Early in his career, he assisted clients with residential portfolio investments. As his expertise and business grew, he was drawn towards the commercial real estate market which better matched his strengths and skills. Juan Carlos is a well-rounded real estate professional capable of handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and management of real estate for local and international clients.

Juan Carlos is a member of the International Investments Team, along with Ernest L. Brown IV, CCIM, Jorge Rodriguez, CCIM, and Darian Padua. This team provides the highest level of service, satisfaction, and offer invaluable insights and guidance to both new and seasoned clients alike.
