Kevin Williams

Kevin joined Rohde, Ottmers & Siegel Realty in August 2017, after receiving his Commercial Real Estate license, to head up the new Farm and Ranch division. He is partnered with Ernest L. Brown, IV and Jorge Rodriguez, whose primary focus is on the firm’s International Investment division.

Kevin is a graduate of Sul Ross State University in Alpine, Texas, where he received a B.A. in Spanish. Kevin’s minor was in Animal Sciences, where he became familiar with ranching, while getting to work for a number of local ranchers. Upon graduation, he pursued a career in public education as a bilingual elementary school teacher, while also continuing to work with horses as a Ferrier. In 2011, he decided to focus solely on his horseshoeing and hay sales businesses, further exposing him to a wide variety of farms and ranches throughout Central Texas. In 2017, he decided to get his real estate license, so he could use his knowledge of Farm and Ranch to assist those looking to sell and those looking to buy farm and ranches. Rohde, Ottmers & Siegel Realty is excited to add this new division to our firm!

Kevin, a native from El Paso, is a 17-year resident of the farming and ranching community of Rio Medina, Texas, where he continues to run his ferrier and hay sales business. Kevin is a patient and persistent broker who works hard to identify the right area and type of property for his clients.
