Andrew (AJ) Ravara is an experienced commercial property manager with deep roots in real estate and a proven track record overseeing retail, office, and mixed-use assets in the Las Vegas market. Raised in a real estate family, AJ began learning the business at a young age, working across multiple departments in his family’s Office and developing a strong foundation in property operations, customer service, and portfolio management.

Before joining NAI Excel, AJ managed commercial properties throughout Southern Nevada, earning a reputation for his organized approach, clear communication, and strong vendor and tenant coordination skills.

AJ’s professional style is shaped not only by his real estate background but also by his military service. As a U.S. Army Cavalry Scout and later a Counterintelligence Special Agent, he trained extensively in reconnaissance, analysis, and investigative work—skills that now translate into disciplined execution, risk awareness, and problem-solving in property management.

AJ brings a blend of commercial real estate experience, operational precision, and mission-focused discipline to NAI Excel’s Las Vegas property management team.
