Andy Phan

Andy is a successful business owner and investor specializing in commercial real estate brokerage and investments. He primarily works with retail tenants and owners in the leasing, ownership, and investment of retail assets, but he also owns 142 multifamily units and works with several groups pursuing additional property investments.

Andy was raised in both Orange County, CA and in Indianapolis, IN and he has strong connections to those communities. He has lived in Las Vegas since 2022 where he owned and operated a beauty spa business. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. Andy holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and is fluent in English, and Vietnamese.
