Todd Manning

Todd joined NAI Excel in 2020 as its Managing Broker and also specializes in the lease and sale of net lease retail properties. In the past 15 years, he has completed hundreds of retail lease and sales transactions, and received four Power-Broker awards.

Prior to joining NAI Excel, Todd was Regional Manager/Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap Las Vegas, receiving three national management awards, and leading the office to a 200% increase in listing volume.
