Michael attended Arizona State University where he was accepted into The W.P Carey School of Business. Michael earned a Business Management degree with a concentration in Real Estate. Michael graduated Deans list with a GPA of 3.5.

Designations and Affiliations

Michael is a licensed broker/salesperson with the state of Nevada and also has his Property Management Permit. In the property management field, Michael has received his crime free and fair housing certifications. Throughout his career in Property management, Michael has been a member of NAA, NVSAA, and AMA (when working in Arizona) where he has participated and was a member of multiple committees for numerous training, educations, and networking events.

Professional History

Michael started his passion for Real Estate at a young age where his family in New York had commercial holdings. His interest led him to an internship in Manhattans upper west side real estate market for a local commercial firm whose portfolio consisted of over 20 commercial and residential assets. There Michael worked with the managing broker focusing on current asset renovations and new acquisition valuations. Upon graduating from The W.P Carey School of business, Michael started working full time for Sunrise Management where he excelled to the position of property manager within his 1st year. In the next few years managing multiple properties in Arizona, Michael found a niche in value add renovations and condominium conversions. At this time with the financial crises, the companies portfolio grew from 3 assets to over 15 with many of them being condominium developments where investors decided to turn the assets into apartments for rentals. During this time, Michael saw opportunity in a buyers market where he personally acquired condominiums and single family residences that had value add and long term rental potential.  As he acquired these assets, he also started a construction company with a partner in the New York construction industry where he obtained his c-61 residential remodeling license through the Arizona board of contractors.

After years of success in his professional management career and personal success with his own remodeling business, Michael decided to transfer to Las Vegas with Sunrise Management as he saw opportunity in an emerging market with more growth opportunity in property management. After overseeing and managing multiple properties in Las Vegas, he was promoted to Regional Real Estate Manager in 2018. In this role, Michael’s portfolio consisted of over 1.5MM SQFT, 1,500 units which generated over $20MM in annual income. In this role Michaels role consisted of overseeing 30+ team members, orchestrating large capital projects and community renovations, client and investor relations, financial reporting and owner profit distributions, budgeting, and property transactions (acquisitions and sales). During his tenure, Michael’s portfolio outperformed budget numbers by over 20% thus distributing additional payouts for his clients. After 12 years of rising up the property management ranks, Michael decided to adjust his career trajectory towards Multifamily Sales where he joined NAI Vegas as their Multifamily Sales Specialist

Living in NW Las Vegas with his wife, Michael is an avid sports fan and big supporter of The Golden Nights and Las Vegas Raiders. He enjoys skiing, cooking, and the company of his dogs
