I’m a results-driven Senior Land Acquisition and Management Specialist with over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate, renewable energy, and land development, specializing in mining, solar, wind, and battery storage projects across Texas, the Midwest, and Utah.

As Vice President of Land Acquisition at NAI Excel and a key collaborator with flagship clients like Terra CO2, a Bill Gates-backed foundation, I lead site acquisition, contract negotiations, and stakeholder engagement for mining and mineral rights acquisition, driving sustainable innovation. In 2024-2025, I successfully secured land for over 2,500 MW of renewable energy projects, leveraging my expertise in project management, GIS mapping, permitting, and due diligence to deliver multi-million-dollar deals.
