Background & Experience
Blue Brooks has been in real estate since 2009. His family owned Apex Engineers & Consultants, Inc., responsible for the engineering design of the Stripes convenience stores expansion throughout Texas in the early 2000s. Blue worked as a consultant for the firm during high school and college, while attending the University of Texas, Pan American and eventually Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. During that time, Blue began gathering data analysis for NAI Rio Grande Valley while in college at UT-Pan American, eventually joining Cadence Commercial, a boutique commercial real estate brokerage in McAllen specializing in Retail and land redevelopment for corporate clients.
In 2015, Blue returned to his hometown in Corpus Christi to found Blue Market, a boutique commercial real estate firm. In 2017, Blue Market joined NAI Global as NAI Blue Market taking over the Corpus Christi, Texas and surrounding territories. Specializing in office and industrial real estate, Blue Market has represented many corporate clients and investors which include numerous private equity groups in the triple net space to publicly traded industrial users. In 2024, NAI Blue Market merged with NAI Excel, a leading commercial real estate firm with offices in Texas, Nevada, and Utah.
