Jose Yamil de la Vega is a commercial real estate professional with NAI Excel, specializing in investment sales, tenant representation, and retail transactions. He graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio in December 2023 with a degree in Real Estate Finance and Development. During his time at UTSA, Jose led his Real Estate Finance and Development team to victory in the 2023 CCIM Capstone Competition, where their project focused on multifamily development and was recognized as the top submission within the Alvarez College of Business.
Originally from Mexico City, Jose is fluent in Spanish and brings a multicultural perspective to his work. His background in the restaurant industry gives him first-hand insight into the operational and financial considerations unique to food and beverage concepts. This experience allows him to provide tailored guidance for clients pursuing restaurant and retail real estate opportunities, while leveraging his analytical skills and market knowledge to deliver value-driven results.
