Matthew Valeri

Matthew Valeri, originally from Houston, has made San Antonio home while building his commercial real estate career since 2023. He obtained his Texas real estate license in August 2024 and is currently pursuing his degree in Real Estate Finance and Development at the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Matthew approaches every client relationship with attentiveness and follows through. He is focused on understanding each client’s specific needs, solving problems efficiently, and making sure the people he works with feel supported throughout the entire process.
He is actively engaged with ICSC, ULI, CCIM, and YCRAN, and participates in industry events and conferences to continue developing his knowledge and expanding his professional network.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors.
