Rodrigo Florido

Rodrigo Florido, originally from El Paso and now based in San Antonio, began his career in commercial real estate brokerage in 2026 after transitioning from residential real estate, where he was active from 2023 to 2025. He brings a strong foundation in real estate finance and a growing focus on investment and development, allowing him to approach opportunities with both analytical insight and a long-term perspective.

Rodrigo is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Development, while actively building his experience within the commercial real estate industry. He is engaged in several professional organizations, including CCIM, ULI, CREW, and YCRAN, and remains closely connected to the local real estate community.

Outside of work, Rodrigo enjoys hiking, running, and connecting with others, while continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
