Sam is a San Antonio-based commercial real estate advisor focused on tenant and buyer representation. He works with business owners, brands, and investors on site selection, acquisitions, and lease negotiations, advocating on their behalf from start to finish. He has specific experience working with out-of-state brands on market entry, site selection, and disposition strategy in Texas.
For Sam, the relationship matters more than the transaction. That’s shaped how he’s built his business and how he approaches every client engagement. Clients come back because of knowledge, trust, and quality of execution.
His experience across retail and industrial assets, on both sides of the table, informs how he represents clients and how he gets deals across the finish line. Although primarily focused on the greater San Antonio MSA and the I-35 corridor, Sam has worked with clients across multiple Texas markets and understands the nuances of expanding into new territory.
Sam holds the CCIM designation, is a member of ICSC, and serves on the board of the San Antonio Rotary Club’s Under 40 chapter.
When he’s not working, you’ll find him on the golf course, at a Spurs game, supporting the Longhorns, shooting sporting clays, or out bird hunting.
