Timothy Kretzschmar

Timothy Kretzschmar is a San Antonio-based commercial real estate professional focused on retail and industrial leasing and landlord representation. He works with property owners to position and lease their centers, and with growing brands to find the right sites, handling everything from tenant prospecting and site surveys to market analysis and marketing.
Timothy believes good representation starts with doing the homework. He digs into each submarket to understand what’s missing, then connects landlords with tenants who fill those voids. That research-driven approach shapes how he markets properties and how he moves deals forward for his clients.
Timothy is completing his degree in Real Estate Finance & Development at The University of Texas at San Antonio, graduating in December 2026, and holds a Texas real estate salesperson license. He is active in CCIM San Antonio, ULI San Antonio, and YCRAN San Antonio, and serves as a mentor in the UTSA Real Estate Society Mentorship Program.
