Shabeg Riar

Shabeg joined NAI in 2022 and specializes in both hospitality and convenience store real estate investments. Prior to joining NAI, Shabeg worked in sales and management for his family’s liquor store businesses in Delhi, Punjab, and Las Vegas. He has also been involved in family businesses operating restaurants, hotels, and convenience stores from California to Oklahoma. Shabeg was born and raised in India and holds a marketing and finance degree from the Indian Institute of Planning & Management in New Delhi, where he also attended boarding school. Shabeg currently lives in Las Vegas, Nevada, and is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
