Background and Experience
Born and raised in the Salt Lake Valley, Dan attended the University of Utah. He relocated to Denver Colorado to advance his career in law enforcement. Having an eye for detail he enjoyed local, state, and federal investigations. After 18 years Dan retired honorably and relocated his family to St. George.
Dan is a small business owner and investor, as an entrepreneur he understands business needs both fiscal and fundamental. Dan has experience in retail and industrial development, start-up businesses, brand building, technology, acquisition & merger, and negotiations. His specialty is Healthcare, Industrial, and Restaurant Space. Dan is honored to work with the best of the best in commercial real estate here at NAI Excel. While not working Dan enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two sons in Utah’s paradise.
