Background & Experience
Jacob has been actively involved in commercial real estate across Southern Utah and the Wasatch Front, working with NAI Excel – Utah since 2025. He is currently completing a degree in Finance at Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business, where he has been engaged in both the Real Estate Association and the Finance Society.
Jacob has gained valuable industry experience through roles at leading firms, including JLL’s Capital Markets group and Parkwest Real Estate, building a strong foundation in acquisitions and capital markets.
Combining his professional experience with a solid academic background, Jacob is committed to making the process of buying, selling, or leasing commercial real estate straightforward, efficient, and rewarding for his clients.
