Jason Griffith, CCIM, is a senior member and commercial investment specialist with NAI Excel. With more than 34 years of experience in the St. George commercial real estate market, Jason has extensive expertise across all major sectors of commercial real estate, including industrial, office, retail, land, investment sales, project development, market analysis, consulting, and leasing. His background includes representation of local businesses, regional developers, investors, and national corporate clients throughout Southern Utah and surrounding markets.

Education


In 1998, shortly after graduating from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor of Science degree, Jason earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation through the CCIM Institute. The CCIM designation is widely recognized as one of the industry’s most respected professional credentials in commercial real estate, with advanced specialization in investment analysis, market analysis, leasing, valuation, and commercial real estate strategy.

Combined with NAI Excel’s market research, technology platforms, and national network resources, Jason’s education and experience provide clients with a high level of market knowledge, analytical capability, and transaction expertise.

Background & Experience


In December 2001, Jason co-founded NAI Excel and remains an owner and senior member of the firm as part of the NAI Global commercial real estate network. NAI Excel is a full-service commercial real estate brokerage specializing in commercial leasing, investment sales, development, industrial properties, office, retail, land, and business opportunities.

Today, NAI Excel operates multiple offices across Utah, Nevada, and Texas as part of the broader NAI Global platform, one of the world’s largest commercial real estate networks. Throughout his career, Jason has been involved in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions including industrial developments, investment acquisitions and dispositions, landlord and tenant representation, land development consulting, and complex lease negotiations.

With more than three decades of experience in the Southern Utah market, Jason combines local market knowledge with the resources, technology, research, and national reach of the NAI Global platform to help clients make informed real estate decisions and successfully execute their investment and leasing strategies.
