Jeff Staheli

Utah native Jeff Staheli brings a wealth of leadership experience from his military service, civic involvement, and real estate management. Jeff served in the U.S. Army as a Civil Affairs Specialist, he led cross-functional teams and has spent over 12 years managing multi-billion-dollar mixed-use developments across Utah and Hawaii. In the real estate industry, Jeff has overseen diverse vendor partnerships, launched strategic revenue initiatives, and coordinated efforts among owners, operators, and civic partners to deliver major property renovations and expansions.

Jeff’s leadership journey also reflects his commitment to service, through community volunteering, youth mentorship, earning the rank of Eagle Scout, and completing international service in southern Brazil. He has a lifelong passion for supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs and is known for aligning stakeholders to achieve lasting, compounding results. Jeff’s approach to leadership is defined by clarity, integrity, and a dedication to building long-term, world-class client relationships.
