Wes Davis has been one of the top producing commercial agents in Southern Utah for the past 22 years and has been recognized regularly as the Top Producer. Wes earned a Masters degree in Business Administration from Southern Utah University and Masters in Commercial Real Estate designation from the Lipsey School of Real Estate, in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Utah.

His success has been attributed to hard work, dedication, creativity, and active client relationships. He believes in providing quality service by going above and beyond to satisfy his customers. His experience includes brokering sales and leasing of office parks, retail centers, industrial buildings, land and structuring joint ventures. He has assisted many clients in obtaining entitlements from the city and project management for development and construction – something rarely offered by most professionals. A few projects to note that he completed from dirt, architect, construction management, capital raise, to finished product are Joule Plaza (over 400,000 sf, 197 MF units, and 12,000 sf of commercial) in St George, UT, City Centre(over 250,000 sf, 120 MF units, and 4,000 sf of commercial) in Clearfield, Utah, and Orsini (over 30,000 sf, 22 MF units, and 4,000 sf of commercial) in St. George, UT and several others.

His areas of expertise include buying, selling, and leasing (landlord and tenant representation) commercial and investment real estate. He is proficient in calculating cash- flow analysis, return on investment, analyzing and mitigating risk, feasibility studies, site selection, forecasting, portfolio analysis, market research, and negotiations. Wes has successfully brokered over $500 million dollars in commercial real estate transactions and has closed over 1,000 contracts. In recent years he has assisted in buying, selling, developing, or rehabbing over 1500 multi-family units across several states in the US.

Wes has also taken the time to give back to the community as he coaches several youth sports, actively sits on the Board of the Caddy Group Business Alliance, (a non-profit organization), Utah Tech University Foundation Board, previously served on the Professional Advisory Board for a local Bank, Regional Hospital, Washington County Board of Realtors.
