Mathew Chappell, of NAI Utah Southern Region, was recently responsible for the listing and sale of a beautiful one acre parcel in Bicknell Utah. The property is near one of the largest natural wildlife refuges in Utah, the Great Western Trail, which is located on both nearby Boulder and Fish Lake mountains. Mathew represented both the buyers, Earl and Pamela Rogers from SLC, and the seller, Paul Pace for Broken Arrow Ranches in Bicknell.
