Cedar City Travel Plaza, a Texaco branded convenience store located off of 200 North and Exit 59 on Interstate 15, was recently acquired by Jenkins Oil based out of Cedar City. Jenkins felt the acquisition would complement their other convenience store operations in the Cedar City market. The store is approximately 9,400 SF on 1.18 acres with a large canopy and six pumps. Prior to Texaco, the property was branded Flying J. Subway and the China King restaurants also occupy the property. The seller, Singh Petro Inc, has operated the store since 2011. Zions Bank provided the financing for the transaction and Neil Walter at NAI Utah South represented buyer and seller.
