Developer and Seller, Vermillion Cliffs LLC, recently sold 4.02 acres in Ivins on 200 West to Plumb Holdings. The seller was the original developer of the Discovery subdivision in Ivins. After 15 years, they decided it was time to sell the surplus land. The buyer is an investor who regularly buys land to hold for investment. This parcel is zoned for 5 acre lots with a density of up to 36 units for the entire project. The final development concept has not been determined, but given the booming housing market, this parcel should be a very attractive townhome concept when it eventually is developed.
