Ickes & Ickes, Attorney’s at Law, have opened their new law firm at 166 N 300 W, suite 3 in the Metcalf Building. Robert and Sonia Huntsman Ickes began practicing Law in Bend Oregon. After practicing for a few years, the red rock of Southern Utah called Sonia home and they moved to St George in 2011.
The Ickes practice family law, criminal defense, juvenile law, victim’s rights advocacy, workers compensation, and civil litigation. Knowing that the legal process can be stressful and daunting for many people, the Ickes aim to provide compassion for clients during this stressful time in their lives. They strive to provide superior client services by communicating with clients throughout their cases, by thoroughly evaluating each case to provide an honest, detailed legal analysis of each case, and by using their experience to vigorously advocate for their clients.
In selecting a new location for their practice, the Ickes initially searched on their own to find a space. Nothing they looked at seemed to be the right fit. Seeing several NAI signs, Robert Ickes gave Jon Walter of NAI Utah South a call. Jon asked what their specific needs were, and showed them three suites he recommended they look at. Each of the three suites was a good fit. The Ickes selected one and signed a lease. Describing the experience, Robert Ickes said, “Coming to Jon was the single best decision we made in getting our office established”.
