Pat Chappell, commercial real estate agent with NAI Utah Southern Region, recently represented both the Landlord and the Tenant, international art firm Images International, set up a retail high-end custom frame shop in the Riverside Commercial Center at 1316 S 400 E, C2, St. George.
Images International represents around thirty of the world’s top multimedia artists. The custom frame shop is run and operated by master framer, Everett McGrath, who has been working exclusively for Images International owners Stephen and Isobel Higa for over twenty-five years. Images International sells its client’s artwork at five to seven high-end art shows a year.
