NAI Excel sold a 24,000 SF multi-tenant industrial building off of Riverside Drive in St. George, Utah. The tilt up concrete four-building investment property was 100% leased and offered at $1,250,000. The investor will yield an 8% CAP rate. Jason Griffith and Meeja McAllister represented the seller and Brandon Vandermyde represented the buyer. NAI’s Asset Services division will continue managing the property.
