R&R Industrial Park is pleased to announce that Petersen Medical will now be one of their newest Tenant’s. Petersen Medical has been providing Southern Utah with all of their medical equipment needs. This space will provide Petersen Medical a place where they can now service all medical equipment on site. Their sales office is currently located at 1490 E Foremaster Dr., Suite 100. Jason Griffith, CCIM and Meeja McAllister with NAI Utah Southern Region leased 1,755 SF to Precision Ring Cutting in a new office-warehouse located at 526 South Commerce Street in Hurricane. Precision Ring Cutting relocated to expand their business.
Jason Griffith, CCIM and Meeja McAllister with NAI Utah Southern Region leased 2,500 SF to Elevado Metalworks at the R&R Industrial Center located at 677 North 3050 East in St. George. Elevado is expanding their operation and relocated from nearby.
Jason Griffith, CCIM and Meeja McAllister with NAI Utah Southern Region represented a buyer in the purchase of a retail building in Ancestor Square. The former Kaleidoscope hair salon at 2 West St. George Blvd is closing and a national franchise high-end hair salon will shortly open at the location.
Jeff Andrews Custom Home Design opened a 738 SF office in Second North Plaza just South of the city offices. Being downtown and close to the city were key factors in their location decision. Jason Griffith, CCIM and Meeja McAllister with NAI Utah Southern Region represented the landlord.
