Ravello Development is a group that recently relocate its efforts from N. Utah and S. Idaho to the Southern Utah market. Ravello has developed and master planned several developments in other areas and has a very attractive residential project in Washington. The recent lot acquisition in the red Mountain development out in Ivins is part of a Bank owned partially finished subdivision from the boom. The lots had been owned by the bank for several years and off market. Ravello approached Wes Davis of NAI with a wish list of property types it was looking for. In a joint attempt NAI and Ravello were able to resolve many issues associated with the project and were in turn able to finalize the transaction with marketable lots for retail lot buyer or individuals looking for a build to suit. The Red Mountain project sits at the base of the beautiful red mountains in Ivins, it is a quiet subdivision with fantastic views and nice homes.
