Investment Sale – Jason Griffith, CCIM, with NAI Utah South, assisted a client-investor with the purchase a 26,902 SF Industrial-flex building in Lenexa, Kansas.  The purchase helps the buyer complete part of a 1031 exchange requirement.  The 100% leased industrial center sold for $2,130,000 and will yield just under a 8% CAP rate (capitalization rate) based on the current Net Operating Income.  Jason Griffith represents investors with acquisitions in Utah and throughout the United States.
