Curren Christensen of NAI Utah Southern Region assisted a local developer in acquiring eight fully improved townhome lots in Washington City. The builder will be beginning construction on the eight two-level townhome units of approximately 1,600 SF sometime in the 1st quarter of 2011. The townhomes are located in the Cotton Mill Subdivision in Washington, UT.
