IMC, a LTL Trucking Carrier company out of Wyoming, is relocating to Washington City, UT. IMC provides hauling services for all types of product, to all regions of the United States. Curren Christensen with NAI Utah South was able to negotiate and finalize the lease for the landlord and tenant, which will now be occupying 9,042 SF on .61 acre to the trucking company in the Rio Virgin Industrial Park.
