Youth Football USA leased a 5,500 SF warehouse in the Millcreek Industrial Park at 520 South 3050 East. Youth Football is a seven year old company that organizes and equips full contact football leagues for kids ages 4-15 in the southern Utah and southern Nevada area. Jason Griffith, CCIM and Meeja McAllister with NAI Utah Southern Region represented the landlord in the transaction.
