NAI Excel, through its agent Mark Walter, successfully sold a Residential Recovery Center in southern Utah. Mark worked with Garth Stanger, an agent at Holiday Resort Realty. The sale included both the real estate and the business. The business has been established for and has been successful in the treatment of addictions for decades. The new owners have plans for building upon the great reputation and program to continue serving the needs of those requiring addictive recovery.
The successful transition has taken place. NAI Excel has been successful in marketing all types of businesses and their real estate components.
