After being closed for several years, the former gas station and convenience store in Mesquite located at 798 Mesquite Blvd, Mesquite Nevada is preparing to open. “The new owners purchased the property in January, and have wasted no time in starting renovations” according to Jon Walter at NAI Vegas, who represented the seller in the transaction. The sale included a 2,376 SF building on 4.94 acres on the corner of Riverside Dr and Mesquite Blvd. The Buyer was represented by Tomer Itzhaki with Omniterra Solutions.
