NAI Excel is pleased to announce the expansion of Certified Fire and Security into their new location at 2475 Decker Lake Blvd, West Valley City, UT. Bursting at the seams, Certified was in dire need of an expanded facility. Jon Walter, COO at NAI Excel worked with the client in considering sites across the Wasatch front. After reviewing several options, it was determined that the 26,857 square foot facility on 1.99 acres was the ideal fit.
“Our business has expanded rapidly, and we knew we couldn’t continue in our former location.” Commented Lex Ence of Certified. “We give millions of clients access to fire prevention and security solutions in Utah and all its surrounding states. We really needed this expanded facility to support those people in the very best way.”
This isn’t the first time Walter and Ence have worked together.

The property was initially offered at $3,490,000. Walter represented the Buyer in the transaction and the Seller was represented by Christopher Wilson and Jim McLachlan at the NAI affiliate office of NAI Premier. Although it was contracted to be sold to a different party at the time, Walter had Certified submit a backup offer which became the primary offer when the initial party chose not to close.
