NAI Vegas Welcomes Joe E. Cain

NAI Vegas is excited to announce our newest investment associate, Joe Cain.  In his new role, Joe will specialize in investment sales and multifamily acquisitions. Prior to joining NAI Vegas, Joe obtained his degree in Technical Management at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, around that time, he adhered to the investment bug during a Program Management course in 2018. His love and passion for real estate led him into the residential realm of the industry and after a brief stint in residential, he primarily focused on adding value to the local real estate investment community in Las Vegas and developed a network of sellers and buyers of SFR properties in the Valley.

The recent expansion of NAI Vegas provided a fantastic opportunity for Joe to join the team of commercial real estate professionals, like no other. Joe brings value to his clients through his understanding of the needs of the everyday investor and ultimately helps meet and exceed his client’s expectations.

Joe has a hard-working and collaborative approach to his business, which he learned in his years as an active duty Air Force Airmen. The Air Force instilled principles like service and excellence into him as a young man, and he still carries these principles to this day. Joe is the recipient of two oak leaf clusters for his service during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He also received numerous squadron awards during his military service at Mountain Home AFB, ID, and Kadena Air Base-Japan to include Airman Below the Zone honors. He continued to serve our great country as a defense contractor in the Middle East and Africa for over ten years. Joe is a man that believes in God, Family, and Country.
